Join our Management Workshop to learn key restaurant management strategies from an experienced chef. Perfect for both new and seasoned restaurant owners looking to improve their management skills and enhance profitability. This service includes full access to our online management team and video conferencing. This is 3 (one hour) classes broken up over the course of 1 month, after our Menu planning course is complete our team will help you finalize your new menu.
